Sunday Statement |
The entire Board-n-Bike family including Katy, Chuck, Devon, Veronica, our employees and even Ollie (the dog) would like to thank our customers for your support over the years. We understand completely that it’s a busy world we live in, and that the overwhelming majority of families reserve Saturday and Sunday for recreation, and it might be easy for one to assume that we’ve built our business on recreation and fitness, so these two days should be our optimum days for sales. But as you get to know us, you’ll understand that our family and our business are built on a foundation of peace, that simply wouldn’t be possible without a strong faith in God, and our Sunday belongs to him. It is for that reason alone, that we will continue to remain closed on Sundays. We’re truly sorry for any inconvenience. Our main goal here is to serve you well. We learn how to do that at Church. Thank you. And may God bless you in all you do. The Smillies 9 Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work: 10 But the seventh day is the sabbath of the LORD thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates: 11 For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the LORD blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.
