As with most of our doings, we started small and therefore needed to focus on what we could. We made sure everyone is treated like family. We want you to enjoy and love the sports as much as we do.

We make sure you are not over sold or under sold, but give what will work best for your needs and close to your budget.

We have found one upset person can cause more problems than 100 happy one. So we try to make everyone happy. We continue this even as we have grown to one of the largest family operated shops in the southeast.

We have always offered lifetime adjustments and have always put these to the front of the "service" line. Many time you don't have to come back for your "free adjustment" as we can do it on the spot.

As we have grown we not offer many great programs such as 1,2 and 3 year interest free financing and a Wear protection policy called "Keep it Rolling" that is out of this world.

We are planning trips and rides in the future. Check back often.

We will continue to grow our programs outside just the retail sale.

What does owner operated mean? It means your satisfaction directly impacts the people helping you. We have always been involved in the day to day operation of our shop.

We love helping you find what suits you best and making sure you experience at our shop is pleasurable. This included a relaxing massage in our massage chair or an invigorating huff of oxygen at our O2 Bar while you wait for service.

Mama wants you to feel like you are at home ... feel relaxed and not pressured. We just want to make sure you have fun and we would like to facilitate you in that enjoyment.

Our mission is to serve you to the best of our abilities. After that we ask for Gods assistance ... we are humble and are always learning about new technologies and products to help you have the most pleasure from you purchase.

Our policy has to always have a fast turn around on repairs. It started because we did not have the storage and now it's to ensure you are not waiting on us to enjoy your ride.

Shop till you drop

Our concept of the store from day 1 was to offer an excellent retail experience and compete on a price level with mail order. We want to give you the best of both worlds.

As we have grown we have tried to do this ... now with one of the largest single bike shops in the southeast we can do it.

We have integrated our inventory to our "shopping cart" and now offer 24 hour shopping on-line. We will match any retail shops price (including "mail order"). See our policies for details.

 

Enthusiasts first

We started BMX in support of our children who raced. Then we started racing BMX with them ... and riding the parks.

We have continued to ride road and mountain ... just became more focused. Join us on our group rides or paddles and enjoy our passions with us.

To work here you must have a passion for what you do and it needs to apply to what we do ... or we may incorporate it into our offering;-)
